Skills deleted (fixed thanks to Copycat [1]); Account problem

Hey, I was playing a while ago and finally got to lvl20.
Started learning new skills and then I get this slap in the face, when I see that I have to learn a skill I already had.
I check my /char and I see that from all the skills just healing was left, others are totally gone.
Tons of my SP in those skills just vanished.
Accountname: omi
Can someone help me and restore my skills/give me some SPs?

EDIT: Seems like a common problem here. Lvled up from 19 to 25 today, and now after one of the crashes my progress is gone.

Yeah, now my account is totally gone. Very uncool.
Good luck with the mod, it would be really cool without so many problems.
