Would the poison stack? Is there a limit in time? Develop your suggestion better before posting.

I like the idea, maybe I can add some more information:

-The poison damage is cumulative, it gets higher with every shot the zombie takes
-After some time the poison damage decreases if the zombie is not hit by poisonous bullets anymore
-There are different kinds of poison: One that is stronger and one that weakens the zombie (less damage)

Instead of poison bullets, maybe make them incendiary? Zombie gets set on fire, takes damage. Basically the same idea but with more visible/satisfying effects.

Also, how about a "flak" skill which turns all the bullets in your clip explosive, i.e. bullet creates a small cluster explosive at the target when it hits. This only affects your current ammo when you use the skill. Loot ammo does not refill explosive ammo. Just thought I'd throw that out there.

Both ideas, (poisoned and incendiary) sounds very cool.

What if the bullet hit with no damage, and then 2 or 3 seconds, it explodes, that could be very cool.

littel chance of explosion, nice idea, exploding zombie could also spread virus/fire.

first lvl of skill should only prevent regeneration of zombies

I don't think exploding bullets would work well. Hexer is a good example of how it can work, but not very nicely. Hexer has been under development for years and it still doesn't work without players/bots eating the clusters. Burning zombies may sound like a nice idea first, but I think you want to have a lag-free ZRPG-experience.
